Connect · Couples

When two people stop feeling safe with each other, everything becomes an argument.

Couples counselling isn't a last resort, and it isn't about deciding who is right. It is a structured space where both of you can slow down, understand the pattern you have fallen into, and choose a different one together.

Our approach

How couples counselling works

We usually begin with a joint session, then one individual session with each partner, so each of you can speak freely, and then continue together. Your counsellor helps you map the cycle you get caught in, what each of you feels and needs underneath it, and how to interrupt it at home.

Where useful, we add personality or emotional intelligence assessments so you can see your differences as information and not as a threat.

Questions people ask

Frequently asked questions

Is it too late for couples counselling?
Couples often wait years before seeking help. It is rarely too late to understand what went wrong, and that understanding helps whether you choose to rebuild or to part with respect.
What is pre-marital counselling?
A few structured sessions before marriage to explore expectations about roles, families, finances, intimacy, children and conflict. Talking about these early prevents many later struggles.
Can couples counselling be done online?
Yes. You can join together from one place or separately from two, which suits long-distance and NRI couples.
What if only one of us wants to come?
Start alone. Individual work on how you relate often changes the dynamic, and many reluctant partners join later.

You don't have to figure it out alone.

Reach out in whatever way feels easiest. The first step is simply a conversation.
