Why do you verify my email?
We verify every enquiry to reduce no-shows and ensure genuine bookings. It also means we can create your account immediately and send you session reminders automatically.
Will a counsellor be assigned immediately?
If an active counsellor is available for your service and preferred mode, they will be assigned within minutes. If no match is found immediately, you will be placed in a priority queue and notified as soon as one becomes available.
What happens after my enquiry is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your account login details. A team member may also call you on the mobile number provided to schedule your first session.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. We offer phone, WhatsApp, and video sessions in addition to in-person counselling at our Malad West, Mumbai centre.
What are your business hours?
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Emergency sessions can be arranged outside these hours when necessary.
