Two decades of listening
Roshan DSouza has spent more than twenty-four years in rooms where people try to change: counselling rooms with individuals and families, classrooms with students and teachers, and boardrooms with managers and leadership teams at organisations such as Airtel, Capgemini and VIBGYOR Schools. His work has taken him across India, the Middle East and South Asia.
The settings were different. The people were different. But the struggle underneath was remarkably consistent.
The gap between knowing and becoming
Again and again, he met people who understood their problem perfectly well and still couldn't change it. The professional who knew she was burning out and couldn't stop. The couple who could describe their argument word for word and still had it every week. The organisation that trained its managers in communication and saw nothing change on the floor.
Insight alone doesn't change a life. Understanding has to become a different way of living.
That gap, between knowing something about yourself and actually becoming someone different, became the question his work kept circling back to.
Psychology and practicality, in one practice
Roshan's training sits on two foundations that rarely meet: a Master's in Psychology and an MBA. One explains why people feel and behave as they do. The other insists that understanding must produce results. Over the years he added behavioural tools such as the 16PF personality assessment, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and emotional intelligence frameworks, always testing them against one question: does this help a person actually live differently?
He wanted a practice that was rigorous without being cold, deeply human without being vague, and free of the blind faith, pseudo-spirituality and motivation-only culture that so often fill this space.
Why "Three"
Long before it became a name, three was a pattern Roshan kept noticing. Across science, spirituality and psychology, the most fundamental things tend to come in threes, held in balance.
Wisdom Three carries that same balance into everyday life, through the three questions every person eventually faces: Who am I? How do I relate? Who am I becoming?
Their answers form the practice's philosophy: Know. Connect. Become. You first understand yourself. That changes how you understand and relate to others. Through both, you consciously shape who you become. Then the cycle begins again, because becoming someone new gives you a new self to know.
Much of human stress comes from a lack of wisdom, not a lack of effort. People work hard at lives they have never been taught to understand.
That is why Wisdom Three exists: to educate, and to help each person become aware of themselves, their relationships and their direction, so that wisdom becomes something people live and not only something they admire.
From sessions to a journey: VYOM™
Counselling helps when something needs healing. But many people wanted more than relief; they wanted to grow on purpose. So Roshan designed VYOM™, a structured human evolution programme that moves through Foundation, Ascension and Mastery, and into Circle, where personal transformation turns into contribution.
With counsellor and emotional-intelligence educator Kinjal Gala, the same philosophy now reaches children and teenagers through VYOM Ankur, so that self-understanding can begin early.
Human development, everywhere
Outside Wisdom Three, Roshan speaks to audiences on behaviour, leadership and growth, and works with two foundations that carry the same purpose into the wider community.
The conviction is the same everywhere: when people understand themselves, each other and the world they live in, families, workplaces, communities and nature change with them.
A world where understanding human beings is everyday knowledge, where people know themselves, relate to one another with empathy, and consciously shape who they become.
Our mission
To help people know themselves, connect meaningfully with others, and consciously become who they are capable of becoming, through counselling, structured development journeys like VYOM™, and knowledge shared freely.
Our promise
Not "we provide counselling", and not "we run workshops". Our promise is bigger: we help people understand themselves, strengthen their relationships and consciously shape their lives.
Our belief
Transformation is not a destination. It is an ongoing cycle of conscious development: Know, Connect, Become, and again. Everyone is capable of the next step.
What Wisdom Three is not
We combine psychology, behavioural science, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, life design and human connection, without the shortcuts.
Everything we offer is connected.
Wisdom Three is the philosophy. Each offering is a different way into the same journey.
A team of counsellors who share one philosophy
Wisdom Three brings together experienced counsellors across individual, relationship, family, career and adolescent work, so you are matched with the right person for what you are facing.
VYOM Ankur is led by Kinjal Gala, a trauma-informed counsellor and emotional intelligence educator who created the Emotional Intelligence Development Programme it is built on.
"Counselling at Wisdom Three helped me regain confidence and find direction. The personalised approach made all the difference. I finally feel in control of my choices."
"The corporate training was insightful and immediately practical. Our team still applies the frameworks we learned. Roshan has a rare ability to make complex ideas simple."
