There are many 5 minutes crafts that are available online for free, where you can use the materials in the house to make things that would be fun for all, this could help in the decorations, functionalities, learning or anything you can think of to make it for your self and the children to enjoy
Dumb Charades
An excellent game to inculcate body language in children and adults. They understand words, syllables and how to depict their emotions without words
Learning
Group learning is said to be effective, use practical learning programs that are available online or in stores. Use the available time to clear the foundations that you work in or your family member’s needs. Help the elderly with improvement in their technical prowess; the young clear their foundations in concepts and theories help yourself in bettering your knowledge of your work or study.
Upgrade
Your time off is the time that you look inwards; what value addition you can do to upgrade your self. What are the learning that can help you in bettering your earning capacity Technology, Process, Skills, and Abilities? The choice is yours to make an effort to better yourself.
Meditation
We love to engage our minds with activities. The brain performs at its optimal level when it is not engaged with any thought and is empty and calm. This has proven to heal ailments and also inculcate a good learning curve for individuals who practice it daily.
The reason for using time effectively is to make this period worth every moment. We cannot change the past but by thinking of our present and our future, we can change our future!
